If you live local in Perth, use discount code LOCAL for orders over $100 & email me at email@example.com after you have placed your order & we can discuss arrangements for delivery or pick up, depending on your delivery address.
If you are a Perth local, you may also place your order online and pick it up at my studio in Maylands. Just use the code STUDIOPICKUP when placing your order, and then Leave a note in your order cart to set up a time to come by. I offer order pickups by appointment throughout the week.
SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE
Orders are securely packaged before dispatch and tracking is provided on all national deliveries, it is the responsibility of the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information allows the buyer to estimate when their order will arrive as well as alert them to delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action.
SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGES AND LOSS
Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In this event, Bare Botanics cannot be held responsible once your order is handed over to the respective shipping service but I will assist you in liaising with the shipping company to help resolve the issue if possible.
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, a refund, replacement or credit will not be provided by Bare Botanics.
