Blush Complexion Mask is an all-rounded face cleansing and exfoliating mask suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Extremely mild and calming, helping to soften and soothe your skin while drawing out impurities and reducing pore appearance.

Mix a heaped spoonful of powder in the ceramic bowl and add any liquid or oil of your choice (see list below) and mix into a thick paste.

Apply to face and neck. Leave for 10 minutes. Do not let the mask dry out. Keep the clay activated by spraying with water or using a damp face cloth over your face.

For a more nourishing and moisturising mask add a few drops of-
~ glycerin
~ aloe vera gel
~ a capsule or two of vitamin E
~ your favourite oil (the list is long.. you choose).
~ rosewater or hydrosol
~ soy milk, soy yogurt
~ orange or lemon (freshly squeezed)
~ molasses, maple syrup
~ mashed avocado
~ green or white tea
The list is endless really....

Clay should never be mixed with metal spoons or stored in metal containers. Metal disrupts the ionic exchange, rendering it far less effective.
